Jane Gottschalk

Jane is a graduate of Brown University and Boston College Law School. Her solo practice included criminal, juvenile and youthful offender defense work. She worked pro bono for tenants facing eviction from public and subsidized housing. After closing her office, Jane volunteered part-time for a legal services agency where she specialized in housing cases.

As an Access to Justice Fellow, Jane will audit the Wrongful Convictions Seminar and join in the work of the Boston College Innocence Program (BCIP) Clinic. The Clinic is part of BCIP, in which students study erroneous convictions and work to remedy or prevent such injustices.
